Are these Photos YOUR games?
Yes, the photos on our website are our games. We own them. We do not believe in bait & switch, but some companies do! We are a full time company with full time office staff, sales people, and warehouse staff. We have a large warehouse, forklifts, and a fleet of large trucks! There are some great companies in the industry and some not so great companies. It is important to understand there are no government agencies overseeing the party rental industry so you have to be cautious about some companies that are just weekend warriors doing this on the side so their livelihood isn’t dependant on the success of your event. They use bait & switch tactics or they rent the samller/cheaper Arcade 1Up machines which are cheaper knockoffs of real arcade machines. These machines look like the real thing at 1st glance, but when you see them in person you’ll realize they are much smaller and made with cheaper materials that may not survive your evet.
You may save a few dollars, but their business could be here today and gone tomorrow…with your deposit. The photo to the left shows one of our arcade dance arcade machines being tested before it goes out on a tradeshow event.

What time do you arrive?
We Always Set Up Early And Never Want To Finish Setting Up Any Closer That One Hour Prior To Your Event Start Time. We Usually Finish Setting Up Several Hours Before Your Event Starts And Sometimes We Set Up The Day Before At No Extra Charge. Our expression is, “early is on time, and on time is late.”
Does Your Company Do Custom Branding
Yes, We Can Custom Brand Your Arcade Machine To Match Your Decor Or Tradeshow Booth. We Do Our Branding 100% In-House! Below are some samples from a recent tradeshow event. We delivered the machines before they finished setting up their booth.
Do You Have Professional Staff Working For You?
Yes, Our Staff Are Experienced And Professional. Our Staff Know They Are Not Guests And Will Not Eat Or Drink Your Food. Our Attendants Are Clean Cut And Wear Event Staff Shirts, Referee Shirts, Or Black Polo Shirts. Our staff are adults, not children.
If My Event Company Hires You, Will You Give Out MY Business Cards?
Yes! If An Event Company, DMC, Or Any Other Vendor Hires Us We Only Give Out Their Business Cards, And We Wear “Event Staff” Shirts. We Will Not Give Out Our Business Cards Or Wear Our Company Shirts At Your Event. We Want You To Keep Hiring Us!
Do You Provide ATTENDANTS With Your Game Rentals?
Yes, we can offer game attendants and onsite technicians for most events. Our Attendants Watch And Maintain The Games. They Can Also Wear Referee Shirts Upon Request.
DID YOU KNOW?
If A Company Wont Spend A Lot Of Time With You On The Phone BEFORE You Book Them, Then Expect Them To Spend Less Time AFTER You Book Them. Some Game Rental Companies Do Not Offer Good Customer Service.
